Hey there, I’m Chloë.
I strive to create human-centric products by advocating to solve real problems for the humans that will use them.

My motto is: Teach, Play, Create.

I live by this motto by teaching and facilitating design workshops, bringing elements of play into my work, and creating and implementing new ideas.

I care deeply about the impact a product or service will have on the person using it, and how they will experience and potentially benefit from it.

My process.

Research & Strategy

This phase aims to unpack and understand the problem before deciding whether it’s worth solving. I do this through requirements elicitation, stakeholder and user interviews, UX audit, benchmark analyses, and other human-centred research techniques.

Research Findings Analysis

Capture and analysis of research findings in order to find patterns and key insights that will help identify the problem at hand and key user pain-points.

Information Architecture

In this phase, the focus is on understanding the user’s mental models and defining an information architecture and user flow that meets their needs.

Workshop Facilitation

Facilitation of playful co-creation workshops to help frame the problem and brainstorm new and innovative ideas that could serve as a potential solution.

Product Design

Sketching out of design iterations with reference to industry standards and best practices, followed by high fidelity design and design critique.

Usability Testing

Test design decision-making by asking users to run through a prototype according to certain scenarios and tasks in order to gather feedback and insights from them.
